Firstly came the DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and digital camera's doing away with the time lapse video recorder and larger cumbersome camera's, Then we gained the ability to remote view our system with the help of fast speed broadband, now we have the abbility to log into our system from anywhere in the world, removing the need to be on a pc or laptop we can now use our smart phones.
There are three types of system available:
Type 1
Type 1 is a software based system, We install the software on your smart-phone and then you simply open the software as you would any other application, log in and view your camera's either at home, work or both! You can not only switch between different camera's you can also control pan, tilt and zoom camera's from your phone as well!
Type 2
Type 2 is a Java based operating system, We install the software on your smart-phone and then you simply open the software as you would any other Java application or game, log in and view your camera's either at home or work.
Type 3
Type 3 is a Browser based operating system, you simply use the internet browser built into your phone to log in and view your camera's either at home or work.
There's no need to replace your excisting system, just the DVR needs to be replaced.
